Default Fuel pump relay and fuse location

I own a 2002 C240 and yesterday fail to start. I've narrowed down to lack of fuel(disconnected the line from the rail and crank it) and nothing came out, checked all fuses and removed the rear seat and check for current in the wiring leading to the pump with the swicht on and nothing, then I spray some fuel inside the throtle body and start right up and runs until the sprayed fuel runs out. If some body could tell me were the relay is at or perhaps the fuse or how to solve this issue I'll be forever in debt. Thanks............

Default New Pump Installed

I installed a new fuel pump but, but no change. The car cranks but doesn't start. I'm not getting a lot of fuel at the fuel rail nipple.

Default Found the problem

The failing pump that was replaced had burned the ground wire running to the sending unit. The ground was repaired and the problem has been resolved.

please what is the ground wire, I have replaced my fuel pump, I have replaced my fuel filter, I have also replaced my the fuel gauge on the other side(directly behind the driver seat)
but my car takes up to 6-7 cranks before the car would start, when I’m luck it cranks twice, very rarely do I get it start at first crank, please help, I’ve spent a lot on this

It can be similar with the p0128 obd error code, please also check the o2 sensors.
