Default C 240 P0410 with cylinders misfire?

All of this started with Code P0300, P0303, P303 which are mulitple misfire of cylinders 2 and 3.
I was told that it was probably a bad coil or bad spark plugs. After some research the dealer said It was a bad coil on the cylinder number two, so $ 750 later I' m driving off the dealer with a new coil and wires on the cylinder number two.
About 2 miles down the road the engine light came back on. The dealer suggested it might have been the spark plugs so I went ahead and changed them but that did not fix the problem.
I also move the new coil from the cylinder two to the cylinder three, now the codes are reading P0410 ( malfunction of the secondary air injection) misfire P0303, P0305, P306.
I cleared the codes ran the car again, the code P0410 and P0306 keep coming back.
I should mention that the check engine light will not come back on unless the RPM goes over +- 3200, but as soon as you hit that number the engine ligths comes on and flashes for a little bit then goes study, the car then has no acceleration also if I stop and leave the car running at idle you can feel the engine misfiring and finally dying. Turnning off the engine and restarting it fixes the idle problem but I still can get above 3200 RPM.
The car is c 240 model 2003,with 54000 miles. I also have a bad Cat. converter on the right side coming from the cylinders 1,2and 3 ( left side was replaced at 49000 miles) would the converter have anything to with this?
Any one has any ideas on the subject?

you only got bad fuel or air inside the fuel line.

replacing the coil doesn't fix this problem!

best way is to change the fuel to a better quality

then

bleed the air from fuel rail. remove at least two liters.

then

go back to that workshop and have them reset the self adaptation. adjust ignition to 93RON, enrichment to stage 1, and add 0.5ms to sensitivity value.

you may want to clean the fuel injectors also as a preventive maintenance.

good luck.

Thank you for the info.
I will try that and see if it works.
Does the reset and the adjustments have to be done by the dealer or can most shops do that ?
I hait to have to go back the dealer.
For the injector cleaning what would be the best way to do that?
They are so many products out there for that, it is hard to know since every one seems to have a differnet idea.

Well I have drained the fuel, used a injector cleanner. While I'm not getting a P0410 code anymore I'm still getting a misfire code.
I ran some test and noticed that while the car was on Park ( no load) I could run the RPM up to 4000( can't go any higher) and the check engine light does not come back on.
Also as soon as the check engine light came on, I ran a scan it always get a P0306 code ( cylinder number six missfire). If I keep driving for few miles then run another scan I get multiple missfire on cylinder2,3,and6, I tried this a few times and the result was the same everytime. I swap the coil on the cylinder six with cylinder three but no change still the same.
I m starting to think it might actually be but the air mass flow sensoror may be the ECU.
Any other idea?

Alright, just got the car back from the dealer. They replaced the CAT. converter and the problem went away.
I had the left side replaced at 49,000 miles and now the right side at 54,000 miles.
I'm pretty happy since it was cover by the warranty !!! ( 80,000 miles), still I have to say that I think those things should last a little longer.

Thanks for the help
