Hello All,
I have a 1998 C230. I just had a new alternator installed but now I have a flashing -2100 code flashing on the odometer readout only when I start the car's engine. It doesn't stay on but it's always there each start. The work was completed by a mobile mechanic and all seemed well. Can anyone tell me what this code means? I'd appreciate your help in this matter so that I'm not stranded on the side of the road in a city that I'm newer to...again!!
