hello yes they are , if you have keyless go you must go to dealer to relearn, normalize windows put up windows and pull up window switch for 2 seconds to normalize windows, will need to do seats steering wheel, steering angle sensor too. move wheel all the way up, down, in, out then seats up down back forth and front and back of seats up and down, steering angle turn wheel allthe way left and all the way right and hold for few secs.

So are you saying the fact that my top and keyless go do not work is related to replacing battery and if I go to dealer and "relearn" that will fix it? Is that a quick item I am out of state with car in Naples and do not know dealer or if they will be willing to fool with me since I do not live here

you should be able to normalize the windows and the top should work. the keyless go can wait it is not related to the windows, if you do the windows then you can operate the top. but the car will have to go to dealer to relearn the keyless go. i dont blame you on not wanting to go to an out of town dealer. did you normalize the windows yet? do they go up and down by them selves?? make sure the doors are closed when you normalize the windows.

well im not sure what to say really, maybe also the trunk lid isnt fully latched, maybe also try to close the top, hold it in the close position for a few seconds maybe its not totally latched. these are all problems that i find at work related to hard top operation alot of times it is something simple. good luck. fill me in on what you find. the side windows should drop slightly when you open the doors to clear the seals. then when you close the doors they should go up just a littlebit.
