Hey I have a 2002 c230 automatic with 80,000 miles on it. My mother purchased it in 2004 and ever since then has only done oil changes and I think air filter changes. When ever I would tell her the car needed something she would say "ok I will tell my mercedes mechanic" recently the car has been shaking weird and making weird creaking and squeeking sounds. So my question to you guys is, what needs to be done to the car to bring it back to full strength? I work on all my cars and motorcycles but my mother did not let me work on the mercedes and I partly did not want to mess with the car either but now that it is becoming a little more high mileage and making creaking sounds, and after my mother told me she has not done any maintance other than oil changes I need to work on the car to get in better shape before it dies on us. So on an 02' with 80,000 miles what should be done?
