Hi, have somebody information about diagnosis scanner DAS, how to get it?, retail?, representative en usa?.oficial website in germany?..I'll apreciate some information, cause there is not even used available in my sites, I am a autotechnician and am thinking to start my speciality for Mercedes Benz.

 

I have looked on dozen of websites and never sound this particular scanner, there are plenty of scanners out there but a DAS, I don't know. I did a couple of Google searches and came up with nothing also.

Do you take travelers checks?

Sleepwalker, can I acess the rear of the dash by taking out the ashtray assembly mount and all? Also, where are or where should be the wires for the ligher socket, I see the position of the ligher and male prongs but nothing to plug into, This is on my 107 79 450SLC? Thank you.

footnote, My son might be going back to China in the spring and I think I am going to go. I fill up with plenty of meds and take a loooong plane ride. We will be 60 miles north of Shangai? Are you near this beautiful city?

yes you can access the rear... but the a/c components still blocks most of it.

the wires are included on the harness for the whole dashboard components. it juts out from the harness. opening it will give you a better view... strapped on the a/c heater box, left side.

i was in shanghai for two days just this thurs and sat. i help Jaguar dealer fix 1 2001 XJR 8 cyl with supercharger, and done it in 2 hours. the car got no power and after several thousand dollars and more than a month later... they still cannot fix the problem (all Jaguar specialists). that's where i came in. until now, they keep on scratching their heads on how i can fix it in two hours when they can't. they gave me an offer to work for them .
