Default Rear Brake Rotor's Set Screw 300dt removal

I need to take off my rear rotors and there should be a Tork set screw holding the rotor on. I have a what looks like a plug in that hole. I have scraped it to see if the Tork screw's head is full of but it is solid metal. Thinking it is a plug acting as the locating pin.that stays when the rotor is removed as in pelicanparts.com picture #4 in Rear Brake Rotor or Disc Replacement. I have been putting penetrating oil in the stud holes and hitting the rotor with no success. The rotor is not coming loose. Just how hard should one hit the rotor and what part or all over. Thanks much.

Solved my rotor removal problem, as pointed out hit the Rotor and it will fall off, I just needed a friend who brought a much bigger Mallet and hit it with brute force twice and it fell off. Nice surprise, Rotor, Pads, Emergency Pads all like brand new.
Thanks much
