Actually, Shimano DuraAce is a little better than their Ultegra.
Everything but the weight. Did I miss it again? Not really an issue, though, with a carbon fiber frame. Not to me, anyway. The racers count grams, though. So they can get really **** about weight.
They've been making them since 1966? I've never seen one in a store.
What's that in USD? About $4500?

I actually have one of those bikes. Its the late 90's model but is very well built. Weighs about 20lbs and rides like a benz. Heres some links for pics guys. I was told this bike retailed for 3300$. It was made by a company in Cali called AMP. It looks like they used some high end shimano parts on the bike as well.
