Hello. I have a 2015 ML350 with gps navigation. When I give the gps an address to go to it insists on avoiding toll roads. I know that there is a user preference to "avoid toll roads" but it is not selected. I have tried changing the user preferences from "fast route" to "easy route" etc. to no effect.

I've even taken it to the dealer and they seem to be clueless and unable to solve the problem. Has anyone had this issue and if so, how did you solve it? Thanks.

 

I have the same problem. GPS won't use the 407 in Toronto. Doesn't seem to matter what options I select. Has this been corrected
