Default Buying a S430... stupid newbie questions

Okay, having owned BMW's forever, I am now leaving the ranks and looking at MB. So I have some questions that I could not find answers too in this forum thusfar.

First off, is there a way to play DVD's on the nav, or some system that will allow me to do both? I have no desire to watch TV while I drive, but I would like to put a couple of monitors in the seat backs for my children, and would like to see the DVD play while I skip thru all the comercials that are on childrens DVD's. Ideal would be a switch that allows me to flip back to navigation once the kids are rolling. I hate putting in aftermarket radios in a vehicle that has suck a good looking dash, as it will break up the look. However, if someone out there could make me a custom panel that matches but allows me to put in one of the double din Kenwood DVD/nav systems...

Second, with the airbags in these, is there any way to lower the vehicle a inch or two? My current car, a 2003 540i has 19" rims with springs that get rid of the gap and the car looks great.... these cars with 20" rims would look great lowered @ 2 inches....

It looks like the car has not changed from 2000 to 2005. Besides the headlights and tail, is there anything else that changes? I am tired of eating deprceiation, I ca get a 2001 e320 with under 50K miles and a 4 year warranty for @ 35000, or a 05 for 80K. I like the fact that someone else thru away 50,000 dollars... 1000 dollars a MILE, thats SICK!
