Help!! Can barely see my Odometer...
My odometer went dim last night on my 99 320, the rest of the lights are still bright. I did a search and found a thread saying you can replace the bulb and another saying you cannot because it is part of the trip computer.. Any help would be appreciated.....
Had the same happened to my wife ML a year ago.
The bulb cost $4 at MB, or 99 cents in other places.
Dealer quoted me 1.5 HR labor @ 120/HR. Do you math, because I can't stand it.
So far we are driving with flashlight.

No kidding! How about rear bumper, sunroof and floor-mats? Amazing how some engineers make a simple job so complicated.
BTW do you know how many Georgia folks it takes to replace light bulb?
Thanks for the pictures and info sleepwalker. Maybe I get on it, when I'll have more time. That is very likely going to happen after I retire.
The light for the odometer supposable is the center one A1e8, but it checking which one is it, after pulling the cluster is going to be easy part.
