Hi,

I am about to buy a 1998 SLK 320, well i think it is a 230 because it is a 1998 but the badge on the car says 320. I am a little confuse and wanted to know if 1998 came witha 320 or just the 230. The person i'm buying it from is from another country and seems kind of clueless, its a long shot but the guy might not know that it is a 2001. I know it seems not likely but he is selling the car for his wife and does not know much expect for the service records he gave to me, i am probably going to pick up the car tomorrow, eather way i know i will love this car. I am paying 13,800, car has 74k, never been in accident, clean title, 6disc changer and chrome rims, also all major mantance done, such as water pump and timing belt.


P.S. is ther any major problem about the slk i should know about?
