hi i am new to this site, looking for legal advice , just bought a 2000 mb s500 paid the seller to have a check done by mb ,got report saying all was good.had the car two days and found there was no oil in engine, contacted dealer who did check,found out there was two reports,one with all the faults and one with inspection.please help i am not sure what to do,waited for my dream car instead got a hell car

List what state your from as laws change with area's. Keep a detailed log of when where why and who with. I'd keep pressure on the dealer as they could fix you up with a diffrent Benz to avoid bad pub. Depending on your local laws it is possible to go after the seller and win but lose $$ Hopefully with more info somebody can direct you better
