Default 85 190E Idling too high

I'm guessing it's either a bad vacuum line or possibly the throttle cable itself...any other ideas what would cause the 120 Horsepower 4 cylinder in a baby benz to idle too high? I'm pondering buying this car, and the guy says it runs great other than that glitch...but for $600, I'll fix it...just wanted to know where to start digging...
