hi guys,
when the windshield guy replaced my passenger side rear window, he took out this plastic piece that goes around the window frame. well, when i tried to put it back in , it broke.. anyone know what it is called and where i can ge one ?

and, do you have instructions on how to install it ?
i must have done it wrong last time, because I broke it in 2 or 3 places.
