Hey guys

I seem to be having problems with the infotainment system. Sometimes while a play a cd you hear a loud sound and then the system freezes and the message" no cd magazine" appears until you reset the system by turning it off and then it works fine.. Bur while the message shows even the radio plays nothing..

its happening quite often now.. just wanted ot know if there were any checks or solutions ?
