Im having electrical problems with my blower motor. i have tested the blower motor and it works, and i have just recently replaced the climate control head and tested it aswell. all fuses are ok too. both fuses in trunk and under the hood are ok. this is my last resort other then taking the car to a Mercedes Dealer

 

I had trouble with mine - sometimes it would blow and sometimes it wouldnt...and when it did work it didn't blowwith much strength. AfterI replaced the blower regulator it works like brand new. I bought the regulator on eBay for around $150 and replaced it myself in less than an hour. After doing it once, I could probably do it again in less than15 minutes.

hmmm, interesting. I had the same issue with my 01 S500 and was told that the blower motor and regulator were could not be replaced independantly. mine was a warrantee fix but It went through at over $700.00 for the blower assembly. Good to know tsk.
