Default HELP!

Hello-
I recently aquired a 2003 SL55 AMG. Following approximately 1 week of disuse, the car will drastically lower or "fall down" on the front right side.
I know that these cars can shift and even drop down in the front, but I do not believe that it should occur unevenly on one side only.
I've had the car looked at and the dealer does not seem to know what the problem is or what to do...they even stated that they "thought" it might be normal.
I am becoming frustrated because the car is going out of warrenty soon.
Has anyone else had this problem? Can anyone provide some advise?
Please help me!
Thanks

Hey I wanted to say that at the dealer what they say is to flush the whole ABC system with new fluid because there are very fine minute particles of dirt that cause that to happen. they install an updated hydraulic fluid filter and flush the system out and put in new. this will need to be done at the dealer because the system needs to be purged and car put into "rodeo" mode to do this. problem could also be the valve block in the ABC system they crap out and bleed down. cold also be a bad strut.

Thanks for your help!
The dealer has already tried to "flush" the system and I believe put the car in rodeo mode (I remember hearing that term)....didn't seem to help. I recently read something about it possibly being the valve.
If it were a strut, wouldn't I see fluid leaking on the ground?

no not really, but it does accumulate on the bottom of the struts. now according to Benz after several days the car can settle slightly. benz says this is normal. if you dont get a malfuntion in the cluster you shouldnt worry too much. cold weather can cause this problem more.

Hello again-
I didn't realize that you were a MB master technician- wow, I could tell you knew what you were talking about! Thanks SO much for your help!
I know that MB states that the car can "settle" but I am assuming that the car should "drop" uniformally, not only "tip" to one side......right? My problem does not appear to be weather related--> it has had this issue since last summer when I got the car.
Also, the dash will say "Stop car too low" when the car is tilted. I have to press the raise button to even out the car , then it is driveable but will "tilt" again within a week or two.
I REALLY appreciate all of your help and advise. Unfortunately, I am having difficulty finding anyone in my area that seems to be knowledgeable about this car...and this car is way to important to me to have someone who is not sure what they are doing working on it.
Thanks again!

I recommend that you take it to the dealer and bitch. the problem is not fixed and it shouldbe addressed. Ive done many of abc repairs and They do tend to have issues. they need to look into the problem a little deeper or look for more info or bulletins about the specific codes that you have. Good luck!!
