Heater Fans Not Blowing

I have a 96 S600V. The heater fans do not blow. It does not appear to be the fuse in the fuse box. Anyone give me any help in hunting down the problem?

check all the fuses.... If they are ok, then its prabably a bad voltage regulator for the fan..
