Default Rear Passenger Window

I recently purchased a 1994 S500 with the rear passenger window motor that has gone bad. Can anyone tell me how to take the door paneling off to repair the rear passenger window motor?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks all,

Justin

The typical malfunction in the rear window function is the window regulator rather than the motor.

Can you tell me how to get to that part to fix it? I can't figure out how to get into the inner workings of the door.

Thank you,

Justin

there are probably couple philips screws under door handle. Other than that, the door panel is held by clips, so try pulling it out and the sliding it up to get it out. then you can check the motor itself, if it works or not

I forget the exact procedure for removing the panel, however, you must be very careful or you will damage the panel. There are some screws that are hiden. I repeat, it is most likely the regulator that has failed rather than the motor. I hope that someone who has removed one of these panels and remembers the procedure will respond.
