THIS IS SERIOUS!!!
I can't beleive this has happened!
Somehow I lost the keys to my car! So do keys have a part number or how do that work when ordering new keys
The thing is that I'm sure that I can go two hours away from here to the MBZ factory and get keys directly from there but the problem is we don't undertstand each other uless we speak in part numbers. I need the part number or number information so I can order a set of replacement keys. Or do I need just the VIN number? Even if I find the old ones, a spare wouldn't hurt.

Vin should be all you need as far as I know, along with the registration and photo ID. And yes a spare is needed. I carry a spare in all my cars in case I lose the main while on vacation, would be a real shame to be stranded at Disney World with the spare in the cabinet at home.
I would suggest that you go to the local dealership first. Upon arriving, go to the parts department and give them the info about your car, or (if like my dealership here), on the parts counter under some plexi-glass there is a list (with pictures), of keys that go to all models. This may help you out when you do go the manufacturing plant.
