Whenever I try to upload picutres to the site after the upload a message that says " canceled, file too large " appears. Any suggestions on how toget the pics from my digital camera to be smallenough to go on this website? thanks tr

 

Resize them in Paint.

 

Ditto. Hit image and go to sketch. Then shink it evenly from there.

 

I've had the same problem, finally figured out that if I resize the pic to 1200 pixels wide x 900 or so high, then the file size is less that the 250kb allowed. It's too bad that they don't have a simple tutorial to help us dummies compose our messages, IMHO.

 

Am I stupid or not. A picture size 900x1200=1080000 pixel=1080kb=equals a huge picture unsuitable for any publications.Keep your picture size around 200kb and you will be alright.
